The biggest secret ...to cleaning carpet right is to make sure one goes over the carpet in the appropriate speed to actually extract the soil along with any traces of soap and residues from other cleaners. These are dirt attractors! ...and the number one reason a carpet appears to resoil soon after they are cleaned.

This year (2016) I phoned Allen to clean my white carpet. To my surprise, he was able to bring it back from dingy and dull to white; this included juice spills,which came right out. I have also phoned him, on two separate occasions for floods. Each time he was there within an hour and saved my carpet from having to be ripped out and claimed on insurance. Thank you Allen, your work is very much appreciated.

They did a great job. Was able to come within a few days of the request with a more than reasonable quote. The carpets and upholstery they cleaned came out amazing - just like new! Pet smells and smoke smells all but disappeared. Their attention to detail was impressive. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
