Introduction

I am a owner operated business, and I’ve taken training on all aspects of restoration of floor coverings. This is a three step process of vacuuming, shampoo scrub, and steam cleaning. All fiber rinse is safe for all carpets and upholstery. Also, we do tile and wood floor cleaning and sealing. However I need to see the floor to determine the material it is made of in order to give you a price. I can not guarantee that all stains can be removed by cleaning.

I have older upholstered furniture and Hamilton cleaning did a wonderful job making them look fresh and bright again. He is very particular and there was no chemical odor at all. He has a formula for natural fabrics which he used on my chairs. also right on time

Mike Hamilton Carpet Cleaning was GREAT!!! Our dog got sick while my husband and I were away for the day and left some gross stains on the carpet. Mike Hamilton cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized them with a special formula for pet stains. Worked like a charm! Only took about an hour for 5 spots and NO leftover fragrance!!! Would recommend to anyone and would defiantly use again.😁😁😁🐶🤩

My daughter really messed up our carpet in both bedrooms and the hallway and our stairs💜She spilled soda, Popsicles, food, and candy🍭 This was over six years it looked really awful and I thought getting the carpet cleaned would be impossible🍑 I message Mr. Hamilton on a Monday he quickly replied with in minutes🤗 He gave me a great price🐛 On Wednesday at 12:50 he showed up along with his wife they were their ten minutes before the appointment time talk about dedication🤩 They both greeted me with a smile and shook my hand🦋 They are really nice and friendly and his wife started talking to me right away💐 She was super sweet and she treats you like family and shes so down to earth🍭 So right away they went up stairs and started cleaning the carpet in my bedroom and then they went to my daughter's room and cleaned her carpet🍓 next they cleaned the carpet in the hallway and they cleaned the carpets on the stairs🍍 All of a sudden they were finished🍉 I was blown away as I look in both bedrooms and the hallway and the stairs🍊 I smiled and said thank you to the both of them I was impressed that my daughter destroyed our carpets for six years and the Mr. Hamilton and his wife cleaned the carpets really fast and the carpets look brand new again🍩 I was really excited they shook my hand and I said thank you both for a great job🍹 They both smiled and said your welcome and I paid Mr. Hamilton and he gave me his business card and they both said good bye and left🍉 So if your ever looking for a friendly and fair price and hard workers call the Hamilton's i promise you they will get the job done🤗

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not all spots are removable by cleaning. Some spots are permanent stains others can be ironed out or patched. Ironing or patching stains would be an extra charge for the extra time, material, and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to determine if you need me to prevacuum or will you do that before I arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my training mostly from The Institute of cleaning and Restoration. Also, the Costa Group for carpet repairs. I've had training in upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, tile cleaning, wood floor restoration.
