Never showed up on site to look at the job. He verbally agreed to do a job at an estimate of 400 dollar. Work scheduled but then had to cancel 1h before the scheduled time on the same day. I then rescheduled him one week later. I had someone else do the job at cheaper price and better communication skill and gave him heads-up for cancellation. Then he threatened to sue me for contract violation. Dude, I am so interested to see without an explicit cancelation policy agreed upon how are you going to sue? But I want to post here to make sure future customer aware of his nasty behavior and personality.
