The work was completed on 08/07/24 by a great technician -- an all around great representative for Mr. Electric. In fact I had a great experience with Mr. Electric from the moment I made the appt via phone as well as with the electrician.

I had not used Mr Electric before but called based on online reviews. I had a problem with patio lighting. Darrell was sent out to help and arrived promptly. He is a friendly, very professional guy and, in fact diagnosed my problem and had it corrected in only an hour. Im very pleased and highly recommend Darrell.

I'd used a competitor a few years back, and for the second time Mr. Electric has fixed an error from the competitor's original work.They have been very professional, and everything runs smoothly and without issue after they're gone.They didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, just diagnosed the fault and handled it promptly. I'm very satisfied with their work.

They cancelled on me twice late in the day after I took off work to be home. Then when they finally came out they did not come prepared and told me they’d have to reschedule for a week from now. I reminded them over the phone each time this had to be rescheduled that it was for installation of a light fixture with a very tall ceiling so it was even more disappointing when they finally showed up they weren’t prepared.

This is a very professional company that explains what they plan on doing and tell you the cost at first so you can approve. Thomas worked here all day and performed "beyond the usual" tasks to make our job well done. The worker was excellent and the bill a bit higher than I had hoped, but all is working perfectly and I am pleased.
