- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide customers with a precise price after assessing the job and before starting the work. Generally, we do not charge by the hour for most repairs. However, there are a few specific services for which we do charge an hourly rate, and this will be communicated during the scheduling call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call us, our knowledgeable staff will be ready to answer all your questions. Once you decide that we are the right fit for you, we will schedule your appointments using our software. This system will send you updates about your appointment arrival times, invoices, and more. Please note that we require payment upon completion of the work, unless you choose to use our financing option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the plumbing trade, dedicating my life to learning as much as possible about plumbing and gas. I have successfully tested with the Alabama State Plumbers Board, obtaining all my plumbing and gas certifications through the state. We are also licensed general contractors in Alabama for both plumbing and gas. Additionally, we complete four hours of continuing education each year to stay updated in our field.
