FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a rate sheet that I base all of my projects off of, however I have realized that most clients have a certain budget that they are trying to stay in. I often work with the clients budget more than I do my rate sheet because I want the client to get the most I can give them with the budget they have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Often a new client will call me and tell me about the project they are working wanting completed. After hearing about the project, I ask several questions and if I believe it is a project that my company can produce, we schedule an initial in-person meeting (30-60 minutes) to go over everything. I typically will give them a contract to back to the office or home for review and if everything works out between all parties, we start planning the production.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Communications as well as an FAA Certification to fly unmanned aircraft (commonly known as a drone). I also have been trained by the American Guild of Court Videographers in the field of Legal Videography. I have over 10 years of experience working with the Adobe Editing Suite and use Adobe CC for all editing purposes.
