The photographer was EXTREMELY nice and courteous until I made a complaint about the photos. The quality of the pictures were not what I thought they would be. The photos had additional people in the background, the sunlight was in our faces, some were dark and some were light, and I still have not received many of the photos that were taken. I real wanted the photo of me and my mother but I guess it was too bad that I didn’t even get the chance to see it which is very unfortunate because I can’t recreate that moment. It took two to three weeks to receive the initial pictures that REALLY needed to be edited and when I suggested the edits there was some push back because she stated that she had other clients and this was a part time job. I really hate that many of my pictures are so bad because I really wanted this occasion to be beautiful. Some of the pictures were gorgeous after she edited them but the others are STILL useless unless I can get someone to edit the sun out of our faces and undo whatever that blurry thing she attempted to do with the background on some to hide the flaws. I would think that she saw the sun in our faces as she took the pictures, but it appeared that she either didn’t care or she was not expecting it to look that way when printed, either way, it was bad. I was, and still am EXTREMELY disappointed with the session and the outcome. I will have to somehow hire someone with experience to edit these photographs and hopefully make the useful. This will be an additional cost and one that could have been avoided if she had just stated that she was an amateur and not a professional. This has been a horrible experience. I will not be recommending her to anyone.
