Josh came out quickly when I was locked out of my house. Not only did he get me back into my house out of the heat but he put a new door set on that I had purchased. Super cool guy and very professional. I would definitely recommend these guys if youre in a bind.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I called him to install a commercial door smart lock at my business and he came same day. When he arrived, it was clear that he was unsure how to install the lock but he said he could figure it out. Several hours later he tells me that the lock is installed and working but that he'd have to return "first thing" the next day to bring another part because the handles weren't functioning and it needed a different piece that he had at home. As he was driving away, I tried the door and discovered that the lock was not engaging at all. If fact, the door wouldn't lock or even line up with the hole. So I ran after his car and he came back, looked confused and spent another hour wiggling things around until it could at least lock for the night, but otherwise the door was completely non-functional and couldn't be opened. The next morning we made due without our back door while we waited... and waited. After 10 am I tried to call him and it went to voicemail. I tried several more times, including texts. Nothing. By 12:30 I figured he had scammed us since I had already paid the guy. Well, I decided to try once more and he answered sounding completely out of it. He tells me that is just woke up and that he was up all night. Obviously I was very upset and asked when he would be here to finish. He told me he'd be there in 20 minutes. Well, 90 minutes later he arrived, very dishelved. He spent another hour or so working on the door and then claimed it was working and asked for another payment.Well, the next day I discovered that the faceplate on the door was loose and I ended up having to grab some tools and tighten some things myself. The door handle barely works and sticks most of the time. And now the door isn't shutting all the way on it's own so we are having to push it closed at times. I'm going to have to pay another locksmith again to fix his work because he did such a crappy job. I would never hire this guy again.

Sorry that you felt that way, this is why no one likes to use locks/ parts that are provided by the customer. The reason this lock didn't work on the initial day was because you didn't purchase all of the necessary hardware for it to be installed but then apparently expected It to be installed perfectly without all of the correct components. The parts that I had at home were the ones that you didn't order because you didn't know that you would need them, and that's not necessarily on you bc you're not a locksmith but you didn't provide everything needed in order for your lock to work. Now regarding your lock sticking and not closing all the way, that has more to do with your door frame not being straight. The lock that installed had no issues while I was there and even demonstrated that before I left. It worked the multiple times that I tested it and it worked when you tried it before I left on the 2nd day when I came back b/c you didn't order everything needed to install the lock, if you'd have ordered everything needed then I wouldn't have had to make a 2nd trip out there. Regarding my time frame on the 2nd day .. I apologized then and now because I work 24/7 on call and that night I had 4 jobs that lasted throughout the night and into that following morning when I arrived home finally at 730am. So after being up for approx 36hrs at that point I fell asleep and didn't wake up til around 12. Since you clearly only work office hours apparently you wouldn't understand that it would have been a safety risk for me to have tried to go straight back out to your business ( which again I shouldnt have had to but you didn't order all the needed parts). I assumed that you understood that at the time when I explained it to you but ill take blame there for assuming that you understood what had happened. So, 2 things learned here.. don't ever assume someone understands what you were dealing with and DONT ever do jobs for customers who have already purchased some parts and think that will be all they ever need.
