- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My regular rate is $60/hour while working on your device. I have flat fees for some common and standard jobs, and can usually provide a good estimate before starting work. House call fees are to cover my drive costs and time, as I have to shut down my business location to travel to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am happy to offer a free consolation for unknown issues, and most problems are fixed within a day or two given parts available, if needed. If parts need to be shipped, expect about a week of lead time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience working with computers and other devices, and the latest 10 doing so professionally in various capacities. I am A+, HP, and Dell certified.
