Truthfully, Brandon has cooked some of the best food I've ever tasted. But more importantly he is a man who truly loves his work and simply wants to make good food. Whenever I think I've had a rough day, his working schedule and tenacity is a sobering reminder that I should shut up. Great food, great guy, hard worker. Let him loose in the kitchen and see.
