WHAT A DIFFERENCE my Life coach made in my life. I am a single, 43 year old professional woman that lost my job of 20 years last year and my life seem to spiral out of control. After 8 months with no income, I was forced to move in with family and it really played hard on my self confidence. My rate is $60 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work over the phone on a set schedule, usually one hour per week, but it depends on your needs. The first session is an assessment of your needs and what you would like to achieve. We talk about problems, obstacles and start to strategize methods to overcome these obstacles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
City and Guilds 7307 Teaching and Training adults. Certified by the life coach institute.
