- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. Evaluation of each is unique. The difference is being able to solve those that are not typical. Every customer is also unique. Satisfaction of the customer is key to success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out what they desire. I will do my best to suit the budget they are working with. I assure a quality product with craftsman finished results. We tend to bend the rules a bit in favor always of the customer.
