FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing options coming soon!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote has been approved, I will stay in touch with the customer via email, phone, or text to come to a decision on the perfect time and place for the shoot. I generally travel to the customer, although I am available for customers to come to me as well. Once we meet up, I like to have a short discussion regarding exactly what the customer wants to get out of the shoot. Once I have an idea of what kind of photos to aim for, the customer is basically in charge of what they want to do and I will offer suggestions for poses or specific locations that will deliver the best shots. The length of the photo shoots are variable; I usually just stop when I feel like I have enough good shots to give the customer exactly what they want. Afterward, I edit the photos, which usually takes a few days to a week, then email the customer with a link to their private proofing page and an electronic invoice at the same time. I primarily take payments via Paypal. After that, the customer has unlimited access to their photos to use as they please.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been hands-on, and I have also studied at the Capitol HIll Arts Workshop.
