FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if you check out our "Pricing" page, there are some recently streamlined packages along with a la cart videography services there! Our goal is to provide you with as much customization and as many options for your budget as possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with our clients on a personal level to get to know them better, what their vision and budget are like, and what style they possess in order to personalize our services to them as much as possible! We strive to keep all forms of communication open for this and to listen to what our clients want! Some clients might come to us knowing exactly what they want and others have no idea where to start, but either way, we can help!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both are graduates from Film or Art school: Jason graduated from Full-Sail with a degree in Film-Production and Melanie graduated from Ringling College of Art & Design with a degree in Game Art & Design. Between the two, we have moderate to extensive knowledge of film, photography, video editing, and producing! In addition to modeling, texturing, and animation (among many skills) her degree, Melanie also learned a lot about video editing to be able to deliver pre-visualization animatics and final video game trailers and also studied film while in school. Jason has worked on a numerous variety of projects and contests. He's worked on a Soap Opera, several music videos, commericals, a promotional video for Roy's of Tampa featuring Jordin Sparks, and nationally syndicated shows for top hunters on outdoor and sports channels. He's submitted work to Project Greenlight, 48 hour film competitions, several Florida film festivals, and more.
