- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are very competitive because I have streamlined back end processes on my end, and most of my rates are flat fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like a little back and forth through ThumbTack or over the phone to hone in on what services you really need and see if we are a good match to work together. If we are, I send an engagement agreement and a payment link (through which you can pay by credit card) and then I get started, staying in touch through email throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an attorney, an engineer, and an entrepreneur. I am licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, I have bachelors and masters degrees in engineering, and after being trained by experienced attorneys at other law firms for over ten years I broke off and started my own firm in late 2016.
