I recently left the corporate world and started my own catering business, Chrysalis Catering. I have experience with a wide range of cuisine and techniques. I really love American food and southern-style comfort foods. I also love charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres and canapés! , In addition to cooking, I offer, serving, kitchen help, personal chef, event coordination and drop-off catering.
