- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Technically speaking I need to get to know client's needs so I can do my job 100%. I pay attention to the details and listen carefully so I may execute the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed Food Management Course and Event Planner. Back in Europe, I completed Bachelor's degree in Business and Management. Moreover, I am self-taught and self- motivated individual with a deep passion for bringing delicious food to everyone's table. All the above got me into restaurant field and my latest job was in Indian fine dining restaurant in Oyster Bay, LI as a Sous Chef. I have hosted a big number of private parties, birthday, baby showers, graduation, bridal showers. I am also proud to work with celebrities as well. Cooking is an Art.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As probably many of us in this field, first we have cooked for our families, friends, for any occasions. And everyone loved the food! That is how I got inspired apart form a passion for cooking traditional European food as well as national.
