Working with Wright Restoration was very easy. The owner was very nice and professional and explained the process well. He set a realistic timeline and met it. He also stayed in constant communication with me, which was awesome.

Roger was very thorough with me explaining what he found. He pointed out where the last roofer failed to do a proper job which was responsible for one of the leaks. Also explaining the former roofer did not lay down the proper back and the shingles where good, but were not the best for the price I paid for the roofing job 8 years ago. Showing how simple things could have prevented the second leak. It took him little effort to correct those problems.

Details: Shingles or tiles need to be repaired or replaced • No, I'm not experiencing any of these problems • Single-level building • 0 - 10 years old • Asphalt shingles • Insurance claim is pending approval • Residential

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Easy!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a list of all of the materials being used for the project! Make sure it’s top quality and most importantly “premium” synthetic felt like GAF Tiger Paw to ensure no leaks in the future. Make sure your contractor knows how to properly use flashing so you’re not relying on caulking. Never used three tab shingles and stay away from off brand-name shingles. You can expect great performance out of, Malarkey Legacy, Owens Corning “Duration” shingles, or IKO!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Wright Restoration specializes in insurance related restoration. Working off the insurance papers is the customers best option, because it allows your contractor to make supplements to the insurance company on damage they may have missed in the initial inspection! Making sure that your property is 100% whole again is the job of your insurance company and your contractor! If your insurance company is not working with your contractor odds are you’re taking the lowest bid and the contractor is cutting corners in order to meet the lowest bid price to win the job. Sadly most people think the cheaper price is the better “deal” but it just isn’t so, especially when you realize poor workmanship isn’t worth a dime!
