- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each of our quotes are tailored specifically to the clients needs, and our home inspection prices are based on square footage, and additional amenities that may be requested such as sprinkler systems, crawl spaces etc. We do proudly offer several discounts for our Military, Veterans, Senior Citizens, and Public Service members which includes Fire Fighters, EMT's, & Teachers. Just simply ask our staff or use our online promo codes when booking to receive your discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always take the time to answer any questions our clients may have, usually our clients have inquiries regarding what we cover in our inspections, how much the inspection is, and our timeline for completion of an inspection and when they can expect the report. Scheduling is the second component of the processes in which we have an online 24/7 system that is always available, or our office staff is always happy to assist clients with their scheduling needs. Clients always receive a follow up confirmation email of their scheduled inspection date, the time, and their inspector name, and any additional concerns or notations that they have asked us to add in our notations to the inspectors who will be there. The third step is the day of the inspection, and or inspections dependant upon the services each client requires. Upon completion of the inspection each of our inspectors will take the time to go thru each aspect of the report with you. After all questions or concerns have been addressed we will send the report to our client via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our home inspectors are state licensed, and carry the state required insurances. Additonally our inspectors all take the necessary continuing education courses that are required to stay in compliance with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board.
