- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not one to overcharge at all. And I am always willing to offer discounts whenever I can!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is a reach out on the phone or via email. First contact is when me and the client either meet or talk and outline the job requested. Then acceptance is where we agree on services and cost and I email you a contract and then you look it over and shoot it back. Then 48 hrs out of the event time I touch base with you. Then we have our requested event!! Woohoo! I have a 48 hour turn around time. I do offer a 5 picture teaser the first day then the rest are delivered in 48 hours unless requested sooner at an additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Arts from Webster University in Saint Louis, MO. I also have my Paralegal Certificate from CCC. I am a Certified Professional Photographer through PPA. I have 3 year of photography experience.
