- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Trip Charge is 65$ that includes the diagnostics of the problem, if we do the repair the fee is waived, depending on the appliance brand and the parts that need to be replaced, if there is a major defect or expensive part we will give you a good advice if its worth repairing or replacing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will give you an estimate of parts and labor, before any work is performed. Will give you our advice if repair is cost effective depending on the condition of the unit. Trip Charge and diagnostics is free when repair is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in electro mechanics, many years hands on experience with electronics and Mechanical Engineering. Experienced with: Refrigeration Washers Dryers Stoves Dishwashers
