- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we have a standard pricing system with multiple packages and options, we are able to customize a package to fit all event types and budgets after speaking with our customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over the details of the event together; whether that's location, date, times, package selection, and/or add-ons, location of booth at event, theme, colors. We ask a number of questions to prepare both parties for the event. We want to be sure that we arrive with everything necessary to make the event a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself as the owner and my business partner both have degrees. I'm also currently working towards a business management degree with a focus in finance. My hope is that it will help me with additional tools to make my company a success. We have started other business ventures in the past and have over 12 years of customer service experience. We have found that the event industry is what pleases our hearts the most so we have joined forces to launch Selfie Time Photo Booth!
