- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do! We have flat rates for all year round services. Customers who subscribe get the cheapest prices and the most bang for their buck each year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a new customer will find us online or hear about us from one of our existing customers. New customers will oftentimes want a single service to start. We perform the single service, building a relationship and earning trust. Then the customer subscribes to our seasonal subscription. At that point we're able to over-deliver consistently, keeping their property in top form.
