- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices quoted without being visually inspected are subject to change. Once a technician is able to complete an inspection you will be provided the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer we take our time to explain what we do and why we do it. We want our customers to feel confident that we will take care of their issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and all Technicians have the required training and licenses to complete the job we are doing. We also attend numerous trainings throughout the year in order to renew our licenses and learn better ways to help our customers.
