FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different although some of the core work to be done can be the same in many of the projects you might be considering at your home or business. Tree conditions, size, (how tall, how thick) accessibility, location,(too close to a house or building) and overall scope of work are often factors that can affect the final price of most services, making it difficult to have a "standard price". Tree Climbers is driven to provide our customers with the best result that fits their needs and budget, we offer competitive/reasonable prices with no hidden charges of any kind. Seniors will get 10% off of any type of tree service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to meet in person with our customers. Once initial contact has been made, an in-person visit is scheduled. During this visit the ideas a homeowner might have for their service needed are discussed, we will also offer some suggestions as needed, and begin the process of figuring out what the total cost to do the work will be. A detailed estimate will be provided complete with the expected timeline, and the overall scope of work to be included. Our bidding process is designed to be turn-key. In other words, the price quoted is the price you will pay unless upgrades are requested or changes to the original scope of work are made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business going over 15 years. Everything we have learned we have done so through hard work, working with other master tradesman, and possessing an aptitude and love for what we do.
