Our technician Joyce was one of the kindest and most knowledgeable professionals we have ever invited into our home. This is my partner and I's first home, so we were nervous about what we might find out. Luckily, Joyce laid out a plan for us and put us at ease. She explained everything in a way we could understand and treated our home like her own. Olshan has been in the business a while, and it seems that they employ the best. Joyce was amazing!

Trustworthy company, excellent work! I first spoke and met with Joyce. She was so knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth. A straight-shooter who didn't try to suggest unnecessary add-ons that would otherwise increase the estimate. The proposed solution was logical and even- as in, no single area seemed over or under supported. My father is an engineer so I know about these things!! The map she provided was also great and helped us know where beams and support systems were going to be placed. The crew that worked on our home consisted of Trevor, John, Jason, Bryson, Tim, Corey, and Terry. They were great guys. Worked hard and got the job done. They were very friendly with our two dogs (who viewed them as personal play dates). I appreciated that as our dogs would run around outside, the guys helped me look out for their safety. One morning a snake was on the front porch and as the dogs ran over, Tim, picked it up and took it to the wooded area as the others kept the dogs away. I would not have been able to deal with that on my own! The job was going to take 3 days but took 5; anyone who would complain about that, is, well, a little out of touch with reality. Each home is different and there are uncontrollable variables that these guys have to deal with. I'm more pleased that they didn't rush! Our large foundation repair is now complete and we're satisfied. Site is clean and nobody left empty bottles or trash. We recommend Olshan, no question. Thanks guys! Best to you all!

The guys from Olshan: Josh, Ace, Jerry, and Zach did a great job on our home! It was impressive to see such a hard working team complete a difficult project and take care of so many details as planned, on time, and on budget. It is a rare thing in my experience for projects to be completed without any problems. With so many variables to control like the clay soil, random rocks, and an unknown depth to refusal, I expected issues, but the pins were installed, the carbon fiber was bonded and our home foundation and basement wall are now secure. Thank you just does not seem adequate, but it is a start. The other thing that impressed me was their attention to detail. We greatly appreciated them taking the time to hang plastic, use a dust collector on their grinder, and even going so far as to mop the floor after they finished. They did everything possible to leave their work site, our home, safe and better than they found it. Well done guys! I know your company appreciates you and my family does too. The work is not easy, and it is important to those of us who need your help. Please accept our thanks and highest recommendation. From start to finish you folks are pros!

I had four different companies come out to assess work needed before I felt comfortable making a decision. The estimates and assessments varied significantly. I chose Olshan because I believed they offered the services that made the most sense at the best value. They were not the most expensive or the cheapest quote, but the quote I was given covered all of my immediate concerns to address standing water and other issues in the crawlspace at my house. Joyce was great about explaining the action plan, why I needed what she recommended, why I didnt need what other vendors had tried to sell, and why I may want to reassess down the road to see if any additional services will be needed. (It can take a few months to see if the initial system fixed moisture levels, etc)The service provided was a four day job. The crew showed up on time the first day and, after doing a quick walkthrough with the crew chief, Trevor, who answered all of my last minute questions, the crew hit the ground running. I was impressed by what they completed in one day. Each day after I returned home from work I could see what had been accomplished and they followed the plan exactly. Because of recent rains and lots of calls from other clients, it did take a couple of weeks before they were able to provide the quote and a few weeks after that before we could schedule service. The project was just completed, so I am eager to see how the system performs over the next few months and in varying weather conditions. The crew cleaned up the site the final day and it seems they took care when replacing dirt and grass from spots where digging was necessary. Overall, Im pleased I chose Olshan and happy to have this work finished.

Darryl and his crew did a great job. I can not say enough about Darryl. He was nice, professional, and has a great work ethic. He definitely knows how to fix any problems associated with foundations.
