Jim and his team redesigned, repaired, expanded, and customized my old sprinkler system at an apartment complex in Fort Myers, FL. The work required finding valves that were buried under the dirt after few years of not using it, fixing broken PCV pipes, adding new sections of sprinklers to water new landscaping design, fixing electrical issues, installing new irrigation control unit, and training of the property manager on how to properly use the system. The entire process was managed very well and no corners were cut at any point.
I know that they ended up with more work than what they had expected originally, but they never even mentioned charging more, which was very impressive in my opinion and says a lot about their business ethics and approach. I worked with many different companies before, and most of them don't loose an opportunity to charge extra if they can. Jim stood by his quoted price!
To make me even most impressed, they went above and beyond with drawing a chart of all the wiring and valves, so I can keep it for my records it there is ever any issue in the future. I know I will be calling these guys for all of my irrigation needs and other services that they offer as I need them. It's not easy these days to find reputable and ethical service companies. Hope you guys grow your business. We need more companies like you!

Did not show up on the first day he committed. Took several days to finish the job. Initially short on sod. Sloppy install and yard is very uneven. Nice man, while I wouldn't use again, it's typical for what we experience in Florida. Getting people to show up at all here is unique.
