Every new client gets a complimentary fitness assessment which is used to determine which muscles are tight and overactive and which are weak and need to be strengthened. It will identify muscle imbalances and posture dysfunctions. It will give you insight into how to understand your body as a whole. We also take a BMI and body fat measurement, and all this information contributes to the customization of the training program.

I am very accustomed to working with women at all stages of life and experience. I understand that life if hard to schedule, and because of this your fitness often takes a back seat - so I allow for flexible location and hours to make fitness fit IN to your life. I am experienced with athletes and beginners, certified to work with pregnant and new moms as well as seniors.
My private training studio is fully equipped to handle all levels of training. It's comfortable and functional, housing a spin bike, functional trainer (cable machine), squat rack, treadmill, TRX, battle ropes, kettle bells and plenty of other fun tools to make a stronger, leaner you!

As an Ironman athlete, I have pushed my body to its limits. It is truly incredible what your body can achieve when it's properly honed and trained. As a mom of two toddlers, I've learned how to balance work, life and fitness!
