I am the most unorganized person you have ever met - and planning a wedding meant major anxiety attack! One of my friends referred me to Bethany Moore, LLC and my entire wedding planning experience changed. Bethany helped ease the entire process from start to end. She thought of small details that I would never even considered adding or eliminating, helping stay within my budget and make our wedding everything Eric and I had dreamed of! The day of the wedding, all I had to do was sit back and enjoy. No last minute worries or glitches because Bethany handled everything. I was amazed at how fun the wedding could be for me as a bride - all I had ever heard were horror stories...and I actually ate dinner!!

Bethany was my day of coordinator for my wedding in Septmeber 2015. She is very talented at what she does. A month before we had a walk through at the venue with her and our caterer and she was able to see the venue and where events would take place. A couple of weeks before we met one on one and went through all the details of when things will start and what decorations would look like (I did all of my own decorations but Bethany set everything up). She was always on time and saw my vision and ran with it. My wedding went smoothly from the beginning to the end. I remember walking down the isle and seeing the arch that I wanted and it was exactly what I wanted and more! Everything from the little details to the big ones was exactly what I always pictured. Thank you, Bethany for making my day beautiful and everything I have ever imagined.

Our wedding exceeded all of our expectations, thanks largely to Bethany. We were not planning to use a wedding planner and then panicked about 6 weeks before the big date, and hired Bethany for our day of coordinator. Thank goodness we did. She ended up helping us with many things, including running the rehearsal when the minister didn't show! She is very capable on all levels and has fantastic taste. Bethany respected our budget and gave us many ideas for stretching our dollars. She commanded the respect of all our vendors and ran the show on the day of. We were able to relax and know that things would unfold smoothly, thanks to Bethany's planning and skills. She executed our vision perfectly. Many friends and family members have commented that it was one of the best weddings theyve ever been to! We could not have done it without Bethany. You wont find a better option than Bethany. We adore her!

We used Bethany Moore Events for the full service wedding planning & coordination. We couldn’t have pulled off such an amazing day without Bethany. Bethany came very prepared to all of our meetings and listened to our ideas and needs for a multicultural wedding. Bethany found the perfect venue to accommodate our fluctuating guest list (we had a large number of guests invited from different countries). She came up with and executed a beautiful décor design, arriving early to the venue to put some of the pieces together and found ways to use elements more than once. We used Bethany’s florist and got a great deal for exacting what we wanted. In addition to the venue and florist, we also used Bethany’s recommendations for our photographer and band. She coordinated with all of our vendors, managed the timeline and kept us on budget. She had such great ideas on adding personal touches to our wedding day including consulting on our ceremony structure. She was always available if we had questions and jumped into action with any day-of mishaps (pinning the dress when the bustle ripped and reorganizing our wedding party line up as we were walking into the ceremony). We highly recommend Bethany Moore Events for the full-service planning, the amount of work Bethany put into our wedding more than paid for itself.

I have attended several events that Bethany has coordinated over the years. No matter the occasion, Bethany's events are always done with ease and class. Her organizational skills will make you forget that events could ever be stressful. No matter your planning needs, she offers a variety of well-priced packages, that can meet any planning need that you might require. I'll definitely be using her services in the future!
