Introduction

PatchPro specializes in fast, clean, and reliable service of all your drywall needs. Services include; patches, cracks, nail pops, water damage, customer textures and paint matching, accent walls and textures. We really enjoy turning a house back into a home by fixing unsightly hole. I take joy in matching the texture and paint to look like it was never there. We treat the home like it was ours and work quickly to get it repaired and back together. We make sure everything is clean and in order before we leave.

Pro Patch did skim coating on my textured walls to make them smooth. They did excellent work and they were very professional! I would recommend 100 percent!

I was so impressive with PatchPro. They went beyond any expectations in terms of prep work, patch work and clean up. I was out of the house and I told the patcher, Jose, to let himself in and get started. I came home an hour later and Jose was already done patching the ceiling and prepping for the texture application. He finished in less than 2 hours including applying the texture. Thank you PatchPro and Thank you to Jose! Amazing work and Jose even said "we treat every home that we work in like our own"

Jerry proposed a competitive price. He provided supporting info (insurance, etc.). He arrived on time, and ready to begin. He was clean in appearance, respectful, courteous, quiet, etc. The drywall was installed and finished in a professional manner. He cleaned the work area when the project was completed. His work was well-done and I'd recommend him without hesitation, and I'd hire him again if the need arises.

Jerry was extremely professional and thorough. He responded immediately with a quote that included everything he would provide for the job as well as a timeline for completing the job. He also sent a text message each day to let me know the exact time he would arrive to my home. He covered everything in the area to ensure cleanliness while he worked, and removed it at the end of the day so we would have our "home back" until returned the next day. My husband and I are first time homeowners and fixing up a solid but outdated home. Jerry was the first person we contracted to help us and it was the BEST experience from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Jerry is a professional yet very personable guy and obviously a master at his craft. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction but he’s approachable and extremely patient in all communication. He never made us feel like we were bothering him with any of our questions or concerns. The work he did skimming our ceilings and patching and texturing basically every surface of our house is exceptional and has set us up beautifully for the next step in our renovation journey. If I could hire Jerry to finish my entire house for me I would in a heartbeat. He is worth every penny and I couldn’t recommend him more!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a minimum of $225.00 per patch. When there are additional patches we begin lowing the price per patch. Most jobs are from $225- $450.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am first contacted by a new customer, I will spend some time over the phone getting to know them, their project, timeline and services. I then request pictures of the repairs by text or email and provide a not to exceed quote. If we are selected to preform the work, we are scheduled to complete the work usually within the week. When in the customers home we treat it like our own; covering all non working areas, we use a dustless sanding process and do through clean up after all the work is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in general construction for 23 years, this has given me a rounded knowledge of all aspects in a home.
