- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
to make sure we are giving the best price and service available we prefer to go to the job site and talk with the homeowner or business owner about the services they would like. However, if this is not possible we can give estimates over the phone. We offer military and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive a call, email or referral, we work diligently to respond with in the same day to gather what serviced need to be done along with contact information. Once this is done we work with the requester to schedule a free estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When CLearview was started, my husband was his uncles first employee: he was 17. Since that time he has gathered years of experience in all the services we provide and has trained our employees. We are certified by the SCTRCA's Business Enterprise Certification program as a ESBE, SBE and WBE for window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning and solar panel cleaning.
