- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique and requires a different approach and therefore a different fee for services performed. All of our prices are fair and we will never try to gouge you! We want your referrals and by treating everyone fairly that is how we have become the premier name in the area so quickly! Good news spreads fast. A word of caution, anyone who tries to give you a low flat price without gathering more information is likely trying to pull a bait and switch on you. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer has different needs and a different situation so the first step is to have a friendly chat! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our "Field Techs" are certified by the state of Florida as Licensed "Wildlife Management Specialist" and carry the commercial wildlife management certification which requires them to best a test demonstrating their thorough grasp of the most effective and humane ways to deal with all types of nuisance wildlife and to pass continuing education classes on a very regular basis. Of course, we are also licensed and insured for your protection!
