I hired Juan to install new carpet pad and restretch existing carpet in my basement, after some water damage. I had to pull up some carpet in the basement to replace the carpet pad after rain damage. My seems we’re not clean cuts as I initially expected to replace the carpet. Hector worked magic and I was thoroughly impressed with the finished product.
In addition to the quality, his pricing is fair and does not haggle. My job ended up being a little more work than he anticipated, but he stayed on a Friday afternoon into the evening.
I will definitely be using Hector for any future carpet repair/servicing needs.

I just bought a town home and had the wall separating the dinning room and living room removed. I am also replacing the kitchen. I ended up going with Grace flooring and I am glad I did. Doug and his crew did a great job with blending the carpet repair with the existing carpet. He also did a great job with my kitchen floor. We ran into some unforeseen issues during the job and Doug was able to troubleshoot the issues, make a recommendation, fix it and keep going.

Doug did an incredible job repairing our cat destroyed carpet. He was fair on pricing and did everything he said he'd do. Hector did an incredible job with our carpet installation and patchwork repair. He was quite patient while we attempted to secure the materials over several weeks. Once we did, he appeared for the work promptly and knocked it out in less than a day. The patchwork was especially impressive because he discretely removed a piece from another section to fill in elsewhere. There’s virtually no seam whatsoever. Highly recommend Hector and would absolutely hire him again.
