- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer written estimates with a small deposit and balance due on completion. Sometimes we offer discounts to help fill spaces when jobs are rescheduled at the last minute.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with the estimate. The first thing that I want to know is what your desired end result is. Sometimes what you want and what cabinet painting offers don't match but most of the time it can. Once I know what your vision is, I work with you and lay out all the additional options that are available to you for your project. I then give you a price for the job and its varying options. No pressure, no obligation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of painting experience with more than 6 of them focused directly on cabinets.
