I was stressing about getting my tax return finished punctually and correctly but, Mary definitely saved the day. Mine and my husband’s tax return was very tricky and honestly if we didn’t have Mary’s help, we believe we would’ve ended up in a way worse scenario. Mary has answered all of my, what I bet feels like “millions” of questions, with professionalism, kindness, and patience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the biggest thing. I have a onboarding paper work to give me an idea of what the client needs and then from there I can ask questions to better serve them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Associates Degree in Business Administration/ accounting. I also have a Microsoft Excel Badge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just something that caught my attention so I pursued a college degree for it.
