What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a free estimate with a Solution Specialist, then upon acceptance of the quote, we will schedule a day and time for installation of the accepted proposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All teams participate in weekly hands-on training and meetings to provide top-notch services to all of our customers. In addition, Alford Foundation & Crawl Space repair is part of Contractor Nation network which spans the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland - connecting more than 400 home repair and improvement contractors together for training all year round to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
