- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, I believe in flexibility. Every project is unique, so my rates are based on an estimate tailored to your specific needs. However, I’m always willing to work with you to find a price that fits your budget, ensuring you get the quality service you deserve at a rate we can both feel good about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a phone or video chat conversation. This allows us to discuss your specific needs, budget, and expectations in detail. If we’re on a phone call, I may ask for some pictures to better understand the project. For video chats, a virtual tour of the space helps me get a clearer sense of the work required. This process ensures we’re on the same page from the start and helps me provide an accurate estimate and tailored service plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received formal training in various aspects of construction through the Laborers' International Union of North America (LiUNA), which has given me a strong foundation in hands-on skills for small renovation projects. In addition, I previously ran a successful cleaning and organizing business, where I often worked with elderly clients to help them clean their homes or prepare for a move. This combination of construction knowledge and practical home care experience allows me to offer a well-rounded service that meets a variety of projects.
