We have many years of experiences in construction and building maintenance industries. We use cutting edge technology which enables us to provide you with a thorough inspection and same-day reporting.
Our inspection covers over 400 items including, structure, foundation, grounds, exterior, interior, roof, electrical, plumbing, attic and crawlspace. We also inspect for wood boring insects and mold like substances.
We enjoy teaching sellers and buyers about the aspects of their homes.
We encourage questions in hopes that it eases some of the stress related with the entire sell/purchase process.

Larry was a pleasure to work with! I live out of town and am in the process of moving and he was my eyes! The inspection report was like being there, great detailed color pictures made it easy to understand and great recommendations were included. Larry provided a professional and thorough home inspection. I received a detailed and easy to understand report the day of the inspection. Larry answered all of my questions about the home inspection process. He returned for a follow-up inspection to reinspect the repairs. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him!!
