With over a decade of experience, I’ve honed my skills in diverse culinary environments — starting in the dynamic kitchens of New York City and transitioning to the creative and fast-paced food truck industry. From there, I launched a consulting business where I helped new restaurants transform their ideas into reality. I guided them through every stage of the process, from concept development and permits to team training and opening day. Along the way, I also established a private chef business, catering unique, personalized dining experiences for all kinds of occasions. Chef Hank made our friend’s bachelorette dinner so special. Every dish was truly outstanding and we could tell how much care and attention to detail went into the preparation and presentation. He was also such a pleasure to be around and brought the most positive energy to our event. The bride to be said she was “in awe” of how good everything was. If you want to elevate your next dinner or special occasion, this is your guy. I will 100% hire Chef Hank again for future events!

Hank has catered our Girls weekend Birthday party for the last three years. We have never been disappointed. His food is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. He works with all of our dietary restrictions and always has a surprise that everyone can enjoy. We look forward to his delicious feast and will hire him again this year and God willing for years yo come.

Hank is amazing! He has catered our Christmas party for the last several years and he knocks it out of the park every time! The crostinis are a work of art (see photos). The combination of flavors he comes up with are drool worthy. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve used Culinary Journeys to cater multiple events, and each time I’m impressed with the ease of the process. From designing the menu to the day of the event, I know that the food is one thing I do not have to worry about.
