We know that possible mold concerns in your home can be serious and we take each inspection as if it were our own home we are inspecting. We take as much time as needed to inspect and answer any and all questions and concerns you may have. No question is too trivial when it comes to mold. I enjoy being able to help people and give them a peace of mind. Mold is so unpredictable and many people do not fully understand it so my job is to make sure people are educated properly on the issues of mold and provide them with evidence that either they do or do not have a mold problem. If they do, then direct them in the right direction to solve their problem.

We hired Mr Hedrick for a complete mold inspection of a house we're considering to purchase as first-time home-buyers. Mr. Hedrick was very helpful, giving us ample time to explain what he was doing and testing for and what the results would show. Aside from sending a detailed report, he gave me a more-simplified report over the phone. He is extremely knowledgeable and could cite a lot of helpful details from the top of his head. His price was unbeatable. He was timely and very thorough in his inspection. Highly recommended!!

We offer competitive pricing for mold inspections and testing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your reasons for needing a mold inspection. We then determine specific goals for the inspection; goals may include determining the potential health risks, finding sources mold and unpleasant odors, identifying areas that need mold remediation; and verifying the effectiveness of a mold remediation project. We then begin the visual inspection along with air or swab sampling as needed.
