- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company tries to offer a fair competitive price that works out best for both the customer and the business. I want the pricing to reflect the confidence that you are getting a high quality reliable finished product but also at a reasonable price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk through my thought process and project management system with a new customer. I do like to have a good conversation about what their view is for their finished product and if this is simply the beginning of a much bigger project. Knowing as much details as possible helps me to serve the customer better by having a well thought of plan.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this work over a decade ago as a hobby with my best friends dad. He started a home remodeling company and I found myself passionate about Painting and other smaller projects. I enjoy flooring installation, tiling, power washing, handyman services and even furniture assembly.
