As a company we value our customers and hold ourselves and our work to the highest standards. We guarantee quality! Free estimates within a 20 mile radius ! Minimum service charge 2hr fee even if job is cancelled and were onsite. Our $90/hr rate is for a 2 man crew . An extra 20/hr charge for any extra personal . We take checks,cash, and paypal . If paypal is used for envoice payment there's $25-100 electronic fee. 2$ linear square foot for crack fills asphalt repair. Drive time is a factor in the final invoice if driving over 20 miles. Yes we do written contracts .

Hoaks Helping Hand came to my house, on time because that’s what they do, and dropped a dead tree very near my house and porch gutters, and also near the utility lines running parallel on the street side. Once we discussed the project and agreed on how to proceed, they got to work. Safely and efficiently prepared, then brought the tree down just as planned. They really listened to my concerns and we were able to negotiate a successful project; totally professional. Unlike some other contractors I’ve worked with, these guys really want your business, and again unlike others, they do more and give you more value for your money. For example, we didn’t negotiate them cutting the tree into splittable pieces for my wood stove, but they went ahead and did it anyways once they realized the tree wasn’t rotted. I had told them that I would clean up the debris, but they separated the large stuff and piled the finer stuff so that I could clean it up easier. These are the guys you want for your next project. If I have another project at my house that I can’t do, they will be my first contact and I hope they’ll be available. Smart, thoughtful, efficient, just a good experience. I feel like I received good value for the money I spent.

These guys are incredible. Been struggling for a while with possible rodent entry points around the outside of the house. Had a few other “professionals” come by the house that either didn’t do a thorough check or they quoted me an astronomical amount of money. The two guys showed up, listened to all my concerns, and within minutes had the siding off and found a giant hole leading right into the house. They fixed the hole and checked a few other things I was concerned about and did it all for a great price and very efficiently. These guys don’t waste your time or their own. Will absolutely hire them again for any future house needs
