- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and includes additional services like protectants and pet/food stain removal. You can subtract 10% off if you are a first time customer with us, or 15% if you are first time active duty, veteran, or first responder customer with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe in creating trust with our new customers which is why one of our techs would be more than happy to meet you for a pre-job assessment for free. They can explain the exact measurements, what's currently going on with your carpet, floor, or upholstery and give you an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have the latest technology, tools, and safest products to facilitate our work, and over 10 years of experience with carpets, upholstery, and floor cleaning techniques. We also provide exceptional customer service which goes even further. We do our best to make our customers feel happy with their choice with us.
