FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes down to pricing, I like to submit comprehensive cost analysis proposals. I believe the customer should understand precisely what they pay for and realize that some projects are cost-effective while others are not. The customer deserves that transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to provide white glove service in an often dirty job. I will engage the customer in their project and thoroughly explain how we execute the job. We will respect their property and daily life. Company vehicles and equipment will be parked in client-designated areas to ensure an unencumbered daily life. We will review the job's specifics with the customer and prep the job site accordingly. We will respect property lines and personal property and use appropriate measures to mitigate damage. We will clean the job site upon project completion and remove our footprint altogether.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of working in the United States government in construction project management and construction contracts. I have 10 years in land management and lot repurposing. I have honorably served in the United States Army and work at Veterans Affairs to this day, where I serve initiatives to help veterans and their families. I am an alumnus of Havard Business School and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to this trade and my business.
