- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing vary. I think each customer needs to make there own determination of what service they want and negotiate a fair price. What's fair?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a social person. So I normally like to schedule a walk thru so I can formally introduce myself. It also allows me an opportunity to answer any questions in person.
