FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. My rates are competitive for the Wisconsin area, and I always provide free estimates so you know what to expect before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make things easy and stress-free from the first call to the final fix. Here's how I usually work with new customers: Initial Contact You reach out with the details of the issue—whether it’s a quick fix, a repair, or a bigger project. I’m available by phone, text, or email. Free Estimate I’ll ask a few questions and may request photos to get a better idea of the job. If needed, I can come by for an on-site estimate at no charge. Scheduling Once we agree on the scope and price, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you. I try to be as flexible as possible, including evenings and weekends if needed. On-the-Spot Repairs or Service I arrive on time, with the tools and parts needed. I walk you through the process, answer any questions, and make sure the work gets done right. Clean-Up & Walkthrough Once the job is complete, I clean up the area and do a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Payment & Follow-Up Payment is simple—cash, card, or digital (Venmo, PayPal, etc.). I’ll also check in a few days later to make sure everything’s still working great.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always had a natural knack for fixing things. Ever since I can remember, I was the one figuring out how to repair anything that broke around the house. Growing up, I spent a lot of time helping out with projects at my parents’ place—whether it was patching walls, tuning up equipment, or troubleshooting everyday problems. Over time, that hands-on experience turned into a real passion for repair work and problem-solving. Now, I’ve taken that lifelong skill and turned it into a business I’m proud of.
