FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to base my pricing fairly off the National average. I am a Master Electrician, which means I have the highest level of training. I suggest doing some research as well on what other's charge, There are also ways you can cut the cost, by having as much of the work done prior to my arrival. You can get the materials for the job, or I am able to as well and I will look up the prices and include them in my estimate. A good resource to check costs for electricians is on "This Old House" online and also "Forbes Home" does a good cost breakdown on estimates for projects and also different license level estimates (Master Electrician being the highest level license).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can meet with a customer in person, on the phone, text, zoom, or email. I'll try to answer any questions they have, give them suggestions or ideas if needed. From there, we would come up with a quote that includes materials needed, and approximate time needed to complete the job. I currently have a job with an electrical company. I am looking for side jobs right now and am able to do the work on evenings or on the weekends. I'm pretty flexible and willing to work with anyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a four-year accredited apprenticeship program. Up to date on NFPA 70E Arc Flash training, OSHA, and First Aid/CPR.
