- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone call or text message describing the type of work they are looking to have done. If the customer needs their furnace, A/C, boiler, or other piece of equipment repaired, then I will come and accurately diagnose the problem. I'll explain what's happening in a way that makes sense and give options to resolve the problem. If the customer is looking to have their equipment replaced, then I will schedule a time to come and offer a free estimate.

Qualified HVAC Contractor, EPA Certified (Universal), NATE Certified, Gastite Certified.
