Kelly is extremely detailed with excellent communication skills. She offers a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity in her appraisal work. Kelly is clear and organized with not only her thoughts, but also statistics. She's not afraid to dig further into real estate by asking questions, and contributes valuable insight with her well-written research. Kelly understands that no two properties are the same. She makes appropriate adjustments and includes the supporting documentation. Hands down, Kelly is the best appraiser in the industry!

I used ASAP Appraisals to do an appraisal review for my divorce. I guess I specifically avoided the "Value" option for what did you like about ASAP, when asked. I liked everything about my experience with ASAP, not because I liked the answer about what my house is worth. Rather it was Kelly's unique ability to set everyone's opinions aside, as yes, relevant, as every professional opinion is based on merit. But her ability to explain how the omission of data allowed to just show one side of the puzzle, and how that omission distorted both parties reality to create the conflict that existed in the first place.
