Dave, and his wife Dawn, (a great team) did an excellent job inspecting our future home. He pointed out the items that needed attention as well as good features. In addition, he encouraged me to follow him as he inspected each key area of the house, explaining functions, conditions, operations and points to consider. His approach was professional, comprehensive, easy to understand, and he conveyed his knowledge of the built environment in a down-to-earth manner. After the home inspection I have a clear idea how my home functions and what I need to do to keep it in good shape. Finally, he successfully communicated with the sellers realtor in a collaborative manner, putting her at ease and making the process smooth and constructive. I highly recommend Dave to any homeowner!

I couldn't be happier with D&D Services. They were very thorough, professional, and helpful. As this was an inspection on my first home purchase, I didn't know what to expect. David put most of my worries to rest, though. He didn't just point out the positives and negatives, he gave me information on how to fix or deal with the the issues. The final report was VERY detailed, which is very much appreciated. It wasn't just a check list, it had photos, diagrams, and corrective actions to take. I am very happy with my choice to go with D&D.

I am a state certified building,electric,HVAC and plumbing inspector as well as a home inspector. I inspect new homes during construction. This helps me understand if there is a problem and what may be causing it.
